Assessment Services
Stable Wellness Group provides virtual clinical assessments for adults, healthcare providers, attorneys, organizations, and referral partners. Assessments are tailored to the purpose of the referral and may include clinical interviews, standardized screening tools, record review, recommendations, and professional documentation when appropriate.
We do not provide neuropsychological testing, autism evaluations, intellectual testing, or other psychologist-level testing services.
All assessments are currently offered virtually.

Diagnostic Mental Health Evaluation

A focused clinical evaluation used to clarify mental health concerns, symptoms, functioning, and possible diagnoses.
May be appropriate for:
Anxiety and mood concerns
Trauma-related symptoms
Adjustment concerns
Diagnostic clarification
Treatment or referral recommendations

Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Assessment
Starting at $350
A broader evaluation examining psychological, social, behavioral, medical, family, and environmental factors that may be affecting overall functioning.
May be appropriate for:
Comprehensive clinical intake
Treatment planning
Referral placement
Program admission requirements
Coordination of care

Behavioral Health Screening
Starting at $200
A brief, focused screening used to identify possible behavioral health concerns and determine whether additional assessment, treatment, or referral may be appropriate.
May include screening for:
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma symptoms
Stress
Other behavioral health concerns
The scope and fee depend on the purpose of the assessment, documentation required, record review, and referring organization requirements.
Availability depends on the assessment requested.
What to Expect
Some assessments can be completed in one appointment, while others may require additional sessions, questionnaires, record review, or follow-up.
In some cases, brief goal-focused counseling may also be recommended or required as part of the assessment process. When appropriate, these services may be available without establishing ongoing therapy.
The number of sessions and any additional fees will be discussed before services begin.
Insurance & Payment
Some clinical assessments may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on the service, medical necessity, and individual insurance benefits.
Specialized, administrative, legal, immigration, and other third-party evaluations may require private payment.
Insurance coverage is not guaranteed. Diagnoses and billing codes are based only on the clinical findings and services provided and will not be changed or added solely for the purpose of obtaining insurance reimbursement.
